1. Promoter: This competition is promoted by Bella Wines in collaboration with At Your Disposable.

2. Eligibility:
   a. The competition is open to individuals aged 18 years or older.
   b. Entrants must be residents of South Australia, excluding employees, affiliates, and agents of Bella Wines and At Your Disposable, as well as their immediate families.
   c. To enter, participants must make a qualifying purchase at an eligible store. Proof of purchase must be provided to validate the entry.

3. How to Enter:
   a. To enter, participants must purchase eligible Bella Wines products from a participating store.
   b. After making the purchase, entrants must submit form with proof of purchase, as well as contact information. [www.atyourdisposable.com.au/bella-wines-comp]
   c. Only one entry per qualifying purchase will be accepted. Multiple entries are allowed if multiple qualifying purchases are made.

4. Competition Period:
   The competition will run from 01.04.2025 to 30.06.2025 ("Competition Period"). Entries received outside of this period will not be considered.

5. Prize:
   The winner will receive a one-year supply of disposable cameras with included development. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
   The number of cameras and the exact details of the prize will be at the discretion of the promoter and based on availability.

6. Winner Selection and Notification:
   a. The winner will be selected by a random draw, conducted on 05.07.2025, from all valid entries received during the Competition Period.
   b. The winner will be notified via email within 2 business days of the draw. If the winner does not respond within 5 business days, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Publicity:
   By entering this competition, the winner agrees to participate in any publicity or promotional material related to the competition and the prize, including but not limited to using their name, likeness, and/or a photograph for promotional purposes.

8. Data Protection:
   a. By entering the competition, participants consent to the use of their email address by Bella Wines and At Your Disposable for marketing and promotional purposes.
   b. The personal data collected will be used in accordance with applicable data protection laws and Bella Wines, and At Your Disposables privacy policies.

9. General Terms:
   a. The promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition at any time without notice.
   b. The prize cannot be transferred or substituted for cash or any other alternatives.
   c. If the winner does not meet the eligibility criteria or fails to claim the prize within the stipulated time, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
   d. The promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

10. Liability:
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, the promoter will not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the acceptance or use of the prize.

11. Compliance:
    By entering, participants agree to comply with these terms and conditions and any additional instructions issued by the promoter in connection with the competition.

12. Governing Law:
    These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in South Australia.
